We offer free online lessons and information. We are not 'suits' pretending to be musicians. All of the staff here are experienced professional musicians themselves and are more concerned about quality then sales. In a nutshell.... we care. Q. Why would anyone buy sheet music and tabs when you can get it for free on the net? Answer. Good question. The fact is the people who were pirating copyright material have been virtually removed from the net after facing fines and criminal charges. The only tabs you can find now are 'unnofficial' tabs submitted from people who are giving their interpretation of how the songs go so you are putting your faith in their ability to transcribe it for you. Personally we have found that most of these are way off base and not to be trusted. Q.I need customer service help, how can I contact you?
Answer. You can reach customer service by the following methods.

They do not have detailed information on products nor can they give you any information regarding your order. Email is the best means of contact in these situations as it insures that your questions, issues or concerns goes directly to the appropriate dept. meaning faster response time. If you are having problems with email or are without access, our representatives will be glad to take your contact information and send it to the appropiate department for you. Attention School Accounts. Do not send Purchase Orders to this address without first completing our Online Purchase Order using our shopping cart. Purchase orders received that are not found in our system will not be filled.
Q. Where are you located? Answer. Our main office is in Swanton, Vermont but we ship our products from Minnesota and New York. Q. How long have you been in business? Answer. We have been in this business since 1998 and have served over that time 100's of 1000's of satisfied customers. Q. I still don't feel safe ordering on the net, do you have a phone number?
Answer. First of all, I'd like to set the record straight. Ordering from a respected internet company gives you more safeguards than ordering from a restaurant. All credit cards will reimburse you if your card is fraudently used on the internet or if you didn't receive what you ordered. When you order with a credit card you have to trust the company or the person you are dealing with. How do you know that gas station clerk didn't make a copy of your card to use later? With us we are governed by the Better Business Bureau (BBB Online) and ePublicEye that are consumer watchdogs.
Also our system employs 128 full bit encryption by Verisign of your cards number which scrambles it so much that it 'is' impossible for someone else to read it. You may want to read more about our security on our Customer Service page. As for a phone number for customer service, we do not offer one at this time. There is administration phone numbers you can reach (like the one posted on your credit card statement) and they will talk to you but you will find that email is much faster in either having a product question answered or a customer service issue looked after. Even if you talk with a support rep he invariably will have to get back to you by email. The reason for this is because almost all issues of customer service requires research and emails sent to other depts. to get a clear picture of the problem. Then we can give a detailed written explanation that could not be accomplished while on the telephone. When we did post a phone number most people who called were either trying to sell us something or asking a product question which we would have to email the publisher for the answer anyway. For the amount of traffic we get we would need a fully trained call center which is something we are looking into but again, these representatives would have to research any question and it would probably come back to email again as the costs of taking toll free calls and calling back customers on a large scale just doesn't make economic sense. We do offer one for use with ordering. This system requires that you still use the cart system to place your order. Choosing the Phone Order option on the Payment Selection Page will mean that on the last thank you page and on your confirmation email you will get a special toll free number to call to give your credit card numbers to our service reps. Please remember that our service reps are not trained to answer product questions nor can they answer questions regarding previous orders. These issues should be sent by email as it allows us the time to properly research the problem or question and get back to you with a complete response and hopefully the solution as well. Q. If I give you my email will I get spammed?
Answer. We will never spam you, so you do not have to worry about giving us your email address during the ordering process. The only emails you will receive from us will be regarding your order, product updates (software only), or replying to a question or concern.
Maintaining a positive relationship with our customers and respecting their privacy is extremely important to us. We realize that the information you gave us was on a condition of trust and we take that very seriously.

Q. If I send an email to you, can you forward it to the artist?
Answer. No. We are primarily licensed by the artist through their publisher to carry their instruction or sheet music. We have no way of actually contacting them.
Q. Do you have an affiliate program ?
Answer. Yes we have many affiliates. We offer 10% to WebPages that are linked with us and you keep each customer for a full 90 days unlike our competition who if they don't buy the first time, you lose them as a customer and it won't count on your sales if they come back in a couple of weeks and purchase. We are registered with Shareasale.com or you can go to www.stagepass.com/affiliate.html to sign up. We are also open to negotiate special deals with high volume sites regarding percentage and how long you keep your customers.
Do you have a high traffic site? If you do, then you may qualify for a higher rate. This is done on a case by case basis. In most cases we can go higher in percentage fees than the competition. Remember with us you keep your customer for a full 90 days regardless of how many times they buy during that period. Compare that with our competition who if the customer doesn't buy on the first visit (they rarely do), but come back in a month or so, they keep the sale with no compensation to you. This is just not fair.
Q. As an affiliate can I link to any page of your that I want?
