This freeware digital music broadcaster is a simple way to create full-fledged online radio stations without having to set up audio servers or hassle with complicated DJ software. Its easy-to-use interface allows you to drag and drop files such as MP3 or WAV onto the application and immediately begin streaming audio files on the Internet. Once connected, you can stream your music at up to 56 kbps, set passwords for private stations, drag and drop WINAMP MP3 playlists, search for downloadable audio files, and more. By plugging a microphone into the computer, DJs can speak in between songs or over the music as it plays. You can further customize your myCaster stations by downloading additional sound effects. The previous update added new music genres to broadcast under, including jazz, '70s, and '80s music. In this update, DJ Mixer settings are now automatically saved, in addition to other functionality improvements.
